Dyanna Nichols
Dyanna Nichols originally hails from Atlanta, Georgia, and spent some years in California before discovering her true passion in Sedona, Arizona. She has called Sedona home for more than twenty years and is deeply committed to the community, both personally and professionally.
Dyanna's background is in the Food and Beverage Industry, starting out as a private chef and ending in bar management, where she gained interpersonal skills and the love of excelling under pressure. She prides herself on a personal touch, from taking the time to listen to all of her clients’ needs, to staging her homes with attentive care, to baking from scratch for every Open House.
Her career as a Realtor has brought her much fulfillment, specializing in retirement relocation for out of state Buyers and local Sellers. From first time home buying, to second homes, to investment properties, Dyanna enjoys the thrill of the hunt, and makes sure her clients understand the Real Estate process every step of the way.
Dyanna's commitment extends beyond her profession as she actively participates in and contributes to her community. She stays informed about local issues and the evolving community ordinances of Sedona and the Verde Valley. She proudly serves as a Director of the Board of the local Sedona Verde Valley MLS and also sits on the Board of a professionals group which supports local businesses in Sedona and the Verde Valley.
She met the love of her life, Ryan Nichols, during Covid, and little did she know the beautiful future they would build, loving their three kitties, making dreams come true, and achieving all their goals together.

Samantha Stellar
Samantha Stellar is a passionate Real Estate professional in Sedona, where she combines her international experience, artistic vision, and extensive local knowledge to deliver outstanding service. With a focus on kindness and compassion, she excels at understanding her clients’ needs, guiding them through complex transactions with confidence and care, and building lasting, trust-based relationships.
Born and raised in the scenic Swiss Alps, Samantha holds dual Swiss and British nationality and is fluent in French, her mother tongue, while also speaking German, Italian, and Spanish conversationally—skills that help her connect with a wide range of clients. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from Central St Martins College of Arts & Design in London, where she also served as International Officer of the Students’ Union. After returning to Switzerland, she worked alongside interior designers and architects in Geneva and Gstaad, refining her design expertise.
In 2012, while backpacking through Arizona, Samantha discovered Sedona and was captivated by its stunning red rock landscapes. She relocated there in 2013 and launched her Real Estate career as a receptionist and administrator at a respected brokerage. After gaining valuable market insight, she earned her Real Estate license, joined a sales team, and spent three years helping clients achieve their property goals. She later transitioned to property management for 1.5 years, working with investors to optimize their portfolios and deepening her knowledge of investment properties and asset management.
Now a proud member of Dyanna Nichols' Team at Realty One Group Mountain Desert, Samantha brings her unique blend of sales experience, property management skills, and design sensibility to offer clients a seamless, personalized experience—whether they’re buying a dream home, selling a property, or exploring investments. When not assisting clients, she can be found hiking Sedona’s trails, creating art in her studio, or practicing martial arts at the dojo.
William Hamburg
William Hamburg is an Associate Broker at Realty One Group in Sedona, Arizona, with a legacy deeply woven into the Sedona community.
A Sedona native for over 35 years, he continues the pioneering spirit of his grandfather, one of the town’s first developers, who helped shape neighborhoods in West Sedona and Uptown. William is passionate about fostering sustainable growth to preserve Sedona’s beauty.
As a seasoned traveler, William has explored 16 countries, with immersive experiences in Switzerland, Belize, and Guatemala, giving him a global perspective on community and connection.
His professional record is unprecedented, with over 200 real estate transactions, prior leadership as the Branch Manager of Realty One Group Sedona, and former board member with the Sedona Verde Valley Association of Realtors.
As an active investor, William has developed a portfolio of over 40 properties throughout the area.
