Dyanna Nichols
Dyanna Nichols originally hails from Atlanta, Georgia, and spent some years in California before discovering her true passion in Sedona, Arizona. She has called Sedona home for more than twenty years and is deeply committed to the community, both personally and professionally.
Dyanna's background is in the Food and Beverage Industry, starting out as a private chef and ending in bar management, where she gained interpersonal skills and the love of excelling under pressure. She prides herself on a personal touch, from taking the time to listen to all of her clients’ needs, to staging her homes with attentive care, to baking from scratch for every Open House.
Her career as a Realtor has brought her much fulfillment, specializing in retirement relocation for out of state Buyers and local Sellers. From first time home buying, to second homes, to investment properties, Dyanna enjoys the thrill of the hunt, and makes sure her clients understand the Real Estate process every step of the way.
Dyanna's commitment extends beyond her profession as she actively participates in and contributes to her community. She stays informed about local issues and the evolving community ordinances of Sedona and the Verde Valley. She proudly serves as a Director of the Board of the local Sedona Verde Valley MLS and also sits on the Board of a professionals group which supports local businesses in Sedona and the Verde Valley.
She met the love of her life, Ryan Nichols, during Covid, and little did she know the beautiful future they would build, loving their three kitties, making dreams come true, and achieving all their goals together.

William Hamburg
William Hamburg is an Associate Broker at Realty One Group in Sedona, Arizona, with a legacy deeply woven into the Sedona community.
A Sedona native for over 35 years, he continues the pioneering spirit of his grandfather, one of the town’s first developers, who helped shape neighborhoods in West Sedona and Uptown. William is passionate about fostering sustainable growth to preserve Sedona’s beauty.
As a seasoned traveler, William has explored 16 countries, with immersive experiences in Switzerland, Belize, and Guatemala, giving him a global perspective on community and connection.
His professional record is unprecedented, with over 200 real estate transactions, prior leadership as the Branch Manager of Realty One Group Sedona, and former board member with the Sedona Verde Valley Association of Realtors.
As an active investor, William has developed a portfolio of over 40 properties throughout the area.

Sylvia Cameron
Having been raised in Australia and lived in Europe for several years, Sylvia then moved permanently to the US. After an extensive corporate career, she transferred her interests into becoming an entrepreneur, buying, selling and developing her own properties, both in the US and Australia, and at the same time, running her own successful export company.
Sylvia graduated from the Australian College of Environmental studies in 2001, and is a Professional Feng Shui Consultant, understanding the space, form and location of properties. She became enchanted with Sedona and finally moved here permanently 15 years ago, and received her Sedona Verde Valley Real Estate license in 2014.
Sylvia enjoys using her real estate knowledge of Sedona and surrounding areas to assist her clients in achieving the perfect solution for their real estate needs. Besides loving animals and nature, and hiking the magnificent Redrock trails, she enjoys the diversified culture Sedona has to offer, along with her other favorite pastime, exploring Sedona’s amazing residential areas to research the ideal properties for her clients.
Taylor Smith
Taylor grew up in the Denver area and received her degree from Colorado State University. After graduation, she set off as a flight attendant. What was meant to be a short adventure turned into eight years of traveling the world, falling in love with new places, cuisines, and cultures along the way.
In 2020, like many, Taylor chose a new path. She moved to the picturesque mountain town of Telluride, Colorado, and launched a Photo Booth business. The business has since sparked laughter and playfulness in thousands of people.
Though Telluride was special, Taylor couldn’t ignore the pull of Sedona. The moment she followed that call, she knew she was home. With Dyanna by her side as her buyer’s agent, she found and purchased a horse property in Sedona.
Taylor’s love of nature shines through in her everyday life. She rescued one of her dogs while traveling in Bali, and in Sedona, she spends her time exploring the trails, connecting with animals, and soaking in the energy of the red rocks.
